The survey must be fully completed with all mandatory questions answered! In order to receive payment, you will need provide your payment details in the survey.

• WHAT: Everyone who has fully completed the survey and provided payment details will get paid €4 as shop fee. Shop Fees will be paid at the end of February via the chosen payment method.
